Abstract

During the implementation phase, the collaborative team has worked to further set the scope and framework of this powerful informatics initiative and has continued development of Pharos as the flagship web portal of the IDG program. In addition to aggregating data from many publicly available sources, Pharos includes data generated within the IDG program. Such data includes details about IDG generated mouse models, constructs, and compounds, as well as datasets such as ProKinO sequence annotations and conservation scores, predicted Kinase-Cancer associations, and other interactive widgets such as the Reactome Pathway Browser. Current efforts are directed towards developing a framework for seamless ingestion and display of new datasets, along with automating the database build process to maintain currency with new versions, and to minimize future maintenance requirements.
