Abstract
The purpose is to acquire professional subject matter expertise in biomedical informatics, clinical research, and the development and deployment of information systems in support of the NCI Office of Data Sharing (ODS). Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, hosting environments, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government, as needed to perform the requirements at the direction of the COR in the Task Areas specified in the SOW. The Contractor shall provide subject matter expertise and support services in the task areas delineated in the scope section of the IDIQ SOW and IDIQ Paragraph 5.10 Task 10 â Technical and Policy Consulting and Expertise as requested by CBIIT to support required activities, tasks, projects, and initiatives. The expertise and support provided shall assist Federal staff to plan, implement, control, and manage on-going and new work to achieve approved ODS CCDI objectives
