Abstract
The National Survey of Childrenâs Health Longitudinal Cohort (NSCH-LC) is primarily sponsored by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau of the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA MCHB), and co-sponsored by Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The NSCH-LC aims to collect and provide data on the physical and emotional health of 3- to 24-year-olds in the United States with a focus on the COVIDâ19 pandemic. The NSCHâLC will collect information related to the health and well-being of children, young adults, and their families, including access to and use of health care, family interactions, parental health, school, and after-school experiences. Data will be collected through survey on the internet or questionnaires distributed and re-collected in the mail. The NSCHâLC sample will consist of 60,000 households that responded previously to the National Survey of Children's Health (NSCH) annual survey.
