Abstract

ABSTRACT The Oklahoma Shared Clinical Translational Resources (OSCTR) Center at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) is proposing to continue its participation and leadership in the National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C). The OSCTR will contribute input and patient-level data to N3C, including participation in privacy preserving record linkage activities. With expertise in warehousing and analyzing large datasets, the OSCTR will continue to connect, store, manipulate, display, report, and transmit data across multiple platforms. They will maintain and expand the IDeA-CTR COVID Consortium, work with N3C committees, actively engage investigators in IDeA states, and support ongoing manuscript development and leadership roles. The OSCTR's recent accomplishments include co-authoring manuscripts, automating data processing for N3C submission, and mentoring new data scientists. Their planned activities involve data agreements, data ingestion and harmonization, CTR collaborative discussions, local and collaborative N3C engagement facilitation, and obtaining necessary institutional approvals. Leveraging their Clinical Research Data Warehouse (CRDW) and Clinical Research Informatics Oversight Committee (CRIOC), the OSCTR will continue to provide comprehensive OU Health data to N3C and apply innovative promotion and utilization efforts to expand COVID-19 related research.
