Abstract

This contract plays a central role in providing and supporting the resources needed to further the biomedical research mission of the NHLBI. ITAC provides the infrastructure and support functions for which all the user research and funding data is derived, moved, and stored. ITAC also hosts applications that are used by other institutes and by other offices within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The goal of this task order is to provide high quality support related to Information Technology that focuses on outstanding customer service that will rapidly and efficiently resolve technology issues for the NHLBI staff.
