Abstract

PROJECT SUMMARY The supplement will build a Google Cloud Pipeline (GCP) for processing video data for frailty assessment. The parent grant proposes to extend previous work done in isogenic mice to genetically diverse mice and to extend the feature set for frailty assessment. The parent grant relies on limited institutional on premises resources. We will use to GCP to test feasibility of a scalable and sharable resource for aging research.
