Abstract
ABSTRACT â Integrated Systems Immunology Core (ISIC/Core 2) There is a critical and urgent need for a HIV vaccine that can induce protective immunity prior to or around the time of sexual debut. Our Program seeks to achieve this goal, and the Integrated Systems Immunology Core (ISIC) supports the overall mission by establishing a joint, unified resources for high-content data generation, data warehousing, analysis and dissemination to the scientific community. Specifically, the Integrated Systems Immunology Core focusses on providing single cell Immune-response measurements, microbiome analysis and data curation to both Projects and the NHP Core. As a data generation and management hub, the ISIC also plays a central role in integration and interpretation of results, hosting both quantitative and microbiome technical working groups to streamline these processes. The Core will collaborate with the Administrative Core to ensure rigor and reproducibility of results and effective implementation of systems biology approaches to achieve the overall goals of this HIVRAD grant.
