Abstract
PROJECT SUMMARY This project actualizes a primary goal of the Ancestral Populations Network (APN; PAR-20-026 and PAR-20- 027), namely to facilitate measurement and data analytic harmonization efforts across APN members to enhance rigor and reproducibility and generate a resource for network members and the scientific community. Through a consensus process of APN members, measures of anhedonia, cognition, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, suicidality, and discrimination/stigma were selected for harmonization across ongoing studies. These harmonized measures will be collected across an estimated 27,500 individuals representing Asian, Latin American, and African ancestries spanning over 15 countries.
