Abstract
NOT-GM-22-017 03-01-2023 Replacement of the fluorescence microscope is requested for the current R01 with NIGMS (2 R01 GM098629-10A1). The grant is active and enters its third year of funding on 04/01/2023. The grant will be active for two years beyond the date of the request. This is a one-time request to replace an essential piece of broken equipment. The equipment is not otherwise readily available, and the new equipment will facilitate data gathering and successful completion of the aims.
