Abstract
Project Summary The goal of this administrative supplement request is to maintain and improve the cultivation of methanotrophic bacteria for production of particulate methane monooxygenase (pMMO) and methanobactins. All aspects of this research program require fermentation of methanotrophs. The proposed equipment will add significant new fermentation capabilities.
