Abstract

PROJECT SUMMARY/ABSTRACT An equipment supplement to the budget of 1 R01GM145940-01 is requested for the purchase of an Agilent 1260 Infinity II LC System with autosampler, fluorescence, and diode array detectors. Analytical analysis of product mixtures from our newly developed hydropersulfide (RSSH) donors is a major, and time-consuming, component of the proposed research in Specific Aim 1 of GM145940. This new LC system will greatly improve the efficiency of data collection and will also expand detection capabilities.
