Abstract

The Contractor shall provide management and staff for the NHLBI Center for Health Information (CHI). The CHI maintains accurate, up-to-date information on a range of topics related to the mission and goals of the NHLBI, research conducted by the Institute, and health information on diseases of the heart, lung, blood, blood vessels, and sleep disorders. Integral to this task, the Contractor responds to public inquiries and shall develop and maintain standard responses for common inquiries that will be housed in the NHLBI CHI Inquiry and Inventory Management System.
