Abstract

NHLBI requires a computer lifecycle refresh for Windows laptops, desktops, monitors, and related IT equipment that is four years or older. The objective of this purchase is to refresh this equipment. This purchase will adhere to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-16-02.
