Abstract

To date in FY 2022, the Viral Production Core Facility has initiated 22 projects for producing 63 AAV and lentivirus viral vectors. 8 projects are for NINDS labs, 4 projects are for NIMH labs, 4 projects are for NCI labs, 2 projects are for NICHD labs, 1 project is for a NIAAA lab and 1 projects is for the Clinical Center Anesthesia Section. The core has also been working on developing the capability to produce 2nd generation rabies viral vector (double deletion) as part of a collaboration with Dr. Olena Bukalo in NIAAA.
