Abstract

The project focuses on developing and demonstrating the feasibility of a web-based platform that can find, integrate, and visualize large amounts of datasets pertaining to infectious and immune-mediated disease research. The proposed modular system includes a web-based platform that uses publicly available datasets to be integrated and visualized for further research. The system will allow users to bring their own data for integration and also plans to provide organizations the ability to license and utilize internally for proprietary use cases.
