Abstract
OCIO is implementing an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) framework to improve the quality of its IT services and customer relationships. The IT services include, but are not limited to, account administration and access control, collaboration tool support, hosting, database management, hardware and accessories (desktop, mobile, printer), security, cloud, and professional services (consultation and solutions). The scope of this effort includes technical and professional support services to assist in the implementation of the ITSM framework and efficiently and effectively provide and manage the full range of Desktop Management and User Support, including customer service required to support the IITOBâs service-oriented philosophy and NCIâs mission. Services shall be provided with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and cost control.
