Abstract

The purpose of this interagency agreement (IAA) is to define the terms for participation of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as a healthcare provider organization (HPO) in the All of Us Research Program administered by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This program is part of the Precision Medicine initiative. The goal of the program is to build a diverse research cohort of 1 million or more U.S. volunteers who are engaged as partners in a longitudinal long-term effort to transform the understanding of factors contributing to individual health and disease.
