Abstract

Within the last year we successfully validated PI-RADS v2.1 and reported the impact of patient preparation on quality of prostate MRIs. Additionally, we reported the benefit of use of MRI to guide prostate biopsies and have shown use of prostate MRI for active surveillance. We have reported the use of MRI to predict response to neoadjuvant therapy in high risk prostate cancer and reported the utility of use of PSMA PET/CT imaging in high risk prostate cancer patients. We have also developed an AI model to segment the prostate gland at MRI, an AI model which can assign PI-RADS scores to cancer suspicious lesions at prostate, and we reported use of a prostate cancer detection AI model at prostate MRI with multi-reader. We also developed and AI model which can asses PTEN loss at digital pathology. We have also used our expertise in imaging and artificial intelligence to assess early infection dynamics as well as associations between clinical and radiographic features in COVID-19 infection.
