Abstract
As of March 2022, 31 subjects have enrolled in the study (15 thymoma; 16 thymic carcinoma). Thirty subjects (15 thymoma; 15 thymic carcinoma) were evaluable for response. Among the subjects with thymoma, 2 had confirmed partial response and 13 had stable disease. Among subjects with thymic carcinoma, 1 had a confirmed partial response, 11 had stable disease and 3 had progressive disease. All subjects were assessed for adverse events. Immune-related adverse events (irAEs) related to treatment were observed in 10 of 15 subjects with thymoma and in 6 of 16 subjects with thymic carcinoma. Immune correlative studies are being performed in parallel. Preliminary results show the presence of lower levels of B cells and plasmacytoid dendritic cells at baseline among responders and higher levels of CD4 cells and lower NK-T cells at baseline among subjects that develop irAEs.
