Abstract

We are using serial plasma specimens from patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer to assess mechanisms of treatment response using whole-genome sequence coupled with direct ChIP-seq of several chromatin marks directly in plasma. We are further using plasma specimens from patients with localized prostate cancer receiving neoadjuvant intense androgen deprivation therapy to identify evidence of HLA loss-of-heterozygosity. We continue to collect serial plasma samples from additional cohorts, including patients receiving radiation therapy for biochemically recurrent prostate cancer.
