Abstract
We have been evaluating 1) synergistic combinations of targeted agents in DLBCL cell lines; 2) the safety of combination targeted therapy with ViPOR; and 3) the efficacy of ViPOR in relapsed/refractory DLBCL, follicular lymphoma (FL) and mantle cell lymphomas (MCL). Accomplishments: In collaboration with Craig Thomas from our Branch, we assessed combinations of targeted agents that are directed against survival pathways in DLBCL. We have planned a randomized phase II study of ViPOR +/- polatuzumab in relapsed/refractory DLBCL with stratification by CD10 expression.
