Immune response to COVID-19 vaccination in individuals with immune disorders

Abstract

We have collected samples from 233 people with immune disorders and 57 healthy volunteers. Participant enrollment is ongoing for all groups, both those with immune disorders and healthy volunteers. Participants have received the primary series of COVID-19 vaccines as well as a number of booster doses this report year after which samples were collected, and we will continue to collect both remote and in person data from subjects and to observe the response to vaccination. We have also been conducting active surveillance through at-home saliva sampling in the study population to determine the incidence of post-vaccination breakthrough COVID-19 infections.
