Abstract

We have developed a systematic pipeline to analyze the immune system in the greatest detail possible to date. This includes the ability to prepare several 100 samples of cryopreserved PBM see every week, followed by staining and collection by cytometry to enumerate the different samples. We have developed three different 30 color panels to distinguish T cells, B cells, myeloid cells, etc., as well as to do a functional test on them. We'll also include probes that identify virus specific cells to identify the genetics and regulation of the representation of B cells against certain viruses.
