Abstract
We have cleaned and organized the shared tissue culture room and purchased two new CO2 cell incubators, a fridge/freezer, and the small equipment needed to perform tissue culture experiments. Additionally, we have ordered a confocal microscope to perform live imaging of inner ear explants that will be delivered and installed before the end of 2022, and two stereomicroscopes for inner ear tissue dissection. Small lab equipment and supplies have also been purchased, and we have begun to unpack these purchases and organize the small equipment and reagents in the lab space. Additionally, we have expanded our team by hiring an experienced Biologist/Lab manager and we are currently working on our ASP, which we plan to submit next month.
