Abstract

A balanced strategy was implemented in which investments were made in acquiring instruments, equipment, and information technology across the organization. The application of these investments included core functions, and research needs/initiatives where multiple laboratories would have use, as well as in the organizations key information technology such as cloud computing and tech refresh. Scientific instrument investments included those with a focus on single-cell genomics, methylation-related kits, and sequencing facility services.
