Abstract

We have successfully identified 200 PBMC samples to generate the iPSC lines from a database of genetically diverse disease and control individuals. We established a contract with the New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF), who will generate the iPSC lines from the selected PBMC samples in the next period. We have also established protocols for iPSC line storage and distribution with the National Centralized Repository for Alzheimers Disease (NCRAD) and Indiana University. While leveraging CARD Advanced Analytics pipelines in collaboration with existing ADNI resources, we provide some analytics, harmonization and data management support. Additionally, we are in the process of exploring array based methylation resources to complement work underway at ADNI through discussions with Illumina as a potential collaborative effort.
