Abstract

We have identified brain samples to generate scATACseq and scRNAseq data and established a contract with 10X Genomics and obtained supplies necessary to begin preparing samples. We have also made progress on optimizing the single cell isolation protocols in order to efficiently scale up sample prep and sequencing. CARD Advanced analytics has worked to maintain and automate pipelines for this project as well as provide data management and statistical support for this project. In the next period, we will generate scATACseq and scRNAseq data from these samples.
