Abstract

The overall goal of this study is to develop new and novel statistical methods for pre- and perinatal epidemiological investigations. These new methods are generally motivated by real data analyses within NICHD and NIH and can be applied more broadly to other similar datasets in public health research arena. The study consists of developments in Bayesian modeling and computation, diagnostic accuracy and measurement agreement, chemical mixtures modeling, causal inference and high dimensional data analyses.
