Abstract

Initial work includes the assessment of inter- and intra-rater agreement of the measurements for each organ and body composition (e.g. fractional limb volumes, lean and fat areas, and tissue thicknesses). Each volume or image was assigned a quality grade of A, B or C based on a summary of whether the region of interest had any motion artifact, extent of tissue compression, and degree of visualization of the soft tissue borders. Reliability will be checked based on the quality of the organ of interest and by gestational age. Following this effort, work will begin to address the study specific aims.
