Abstract
In this past year both the BRADS program and the physical repository have been quite active. The BRADS Committee has evaluated and approved two new requests for specimens and related data. A new procurement is in the development stages that will provide for a NICHD DASH-specific sharing biobank as well as repository services to support ongoing clinical studies from the Division of Intramural Population Health Research and the Maternal and Pediatric Infectious Disease Branch. The two new major DiPHR studies were delayed due to COVID and in the coming months both of these will begin using repository services. Internally dissemination of currently housed DiPHR specimens to test new hypotheses continues to be robust. All of these endeavors have a common goal: to generate multiple resources for investigators that ensure DiPHR conducts the best possible research.
