Abstract

The instructions from FOA PA-21-071 indicate that “At a minimum, the Research Strategy section should be completed and must include a summary or abstract of the parent award or project. Other sections should also be included if they are being changed by the proposed supplement activities.” The Project Summary/Abstract will not be changed as a result of the activities associated with this supplement.
