Abstract
Summary The Ocular Microanatomy Core will provide expert technical support for the use of light microscopic systems for vision research, as well as assistance in quantitative and automated image analysis. The Core will prepare, embed, cut, and stain histologic sections of ocular tissues, train investigators in microscopic techniques, assist researchers with image analysis, and maintain existing instrumentation.
