Abstract

Specific Aims: Aim 1 is to acquire and establish use the Axion MaestroPro instrument to establish medium throughput cardiac bioactive screening library for cardiovascular bioactive drugs and test substances. Aim 2 is to evaluate the potential cardiac toxicity of a specific cART following early life exposure antiretroviral therapy.
