Abstract
1. Core utilization and accomplishments - A total of 47 people from 22 laboratories have used for the facility services and instruments. - Support investigators by implementing methods for 1) mass measurement of intact proteins and organic compounds (a total of 2,417 samples from 18 laboratories), and 2) separation and quantification of proteins or metabolites by HPLC (a total of 731 samples from 8 laboratories). - Applying a new method for the quantification of small organic compounds by LC-MS and development of a new sample preparation method to speed up data collection. 2.
