Abstract
This project will now be discontinued for now based on Phase 2 studies performed by AstraZeneca on recombinant LCAT, showing lack of efficacy in CVD endpoints. Published a study showing potential new clinical indication of recombinant LCAT for reducing LpX in mouse model of drug induced cholestasis.
