Abstract

The core will officially begin operations in Oct. 2021. In preparation to the merge, I have conducted various activities including: 1. Established formal communications with the investigators in the GB to identify scientific and research technological needs, as well as their scientific and technical expertise for which the Facility would learn and utilize. 2. Exploring various technology platforms for immediate adaptation. 3. Initiating the training of the current staff for the operation of the new OMICS Facility. More significant project summary is expected in the annual report of 2022.
