Abstract

This protocol is closed to recruitment and will be submitted for publication in July 2021. The manuscript summarizes the clinical trial results, genetic data, histopathologic correlaton, systemic inflammatory biomarkers, vascular inflammation imaging, patient reported outcomes and novel clinical outcome measures that were employed in the trial. Briefly, anakinra showed efficacy in both local and generalized pustular psoriasis in a dose escalation approach using dosing of anakinra of up to 3mg sc daily.
