Abstract
In FY2021, we continued exploring the responses of T cells from patients with MIS-C, using cells from age-matched subjects with acute SARS-CoV2 infection and age-matched healthy volunteers as comparators. Immunophenotyping began in FY2021 and is ongoing. Additionally, we have collaborated with colleagues at NIDDK to explore Vitamin-D-regulated T helper 1 function in SARS-CoV2 patients. Finally, we have initiated a collaboration to investigate the transcriptomes of adoptively transferred human COVID-specific T cells.
