Abstract

NCATS has developed Inxight data resources to facilitate translational research. All facts appearing in these datasets are in the public domain and may be reproduced or copied without NCATS permission. Citation of the source is appreciated. NCATS Inxight: Drugs offers a substantial amount of manually curated data from multiple independent, public sources. These include updated information from the NCATS Pharmaceutical Collection as well as data published by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the first time. NCATS Inxight: Drugs incorporates and unifies a wealth of data, including manually curated data supplied by the FDA and private companies, and provides marketing and regulatory status, rigorous drug ingredient definitions, biological activity, clinical use, and more.
