Abstract

Collaborative support of investigators and research and development of analytical methods, computational tools and scientific databases: 1) Implementation of analytical approaches for epistatic SNPs interactions in various strains of treated mice and breast cancer patients. 2) Development of bioinformatic pipelines for whole genome, whole exome, and targeted gene sequencing data for development of a validated genomic reference for assessing performance of human cancer panels or for cancer mutation signature identification in mice. 3) Single cell sequencing data clustering via extraction of patterns and identification of co-expressed genes to elucidate informative pathway trajectories of perturbed biological processes and chemical/environmental exposure consequences. 4) Deep learning of integrated genomics and histopathology data for elucidation of regulatory pathways associated with chemical effects on biological systems. 5) Compilation of rat gene expression toxicogenomic data to classify liver carcinogenesis, identify cancer thresholds and evaluate drug combination toxicity. 6) Analysis of dilution reference standards on the TempO-Seq platform for evaluation of sensitivity and other performance metrics. 7) Implementation of the Rat Atlas of Tissue-specific and Enriched miRNAs (RATEmiRs) web application database for discerning exclusivity of candidate biomarkers.
