Abstract

The NMR Research Core Facility consulted on many projects in FY2021. The following investigators utilized the facilities. Paul Doetsch: The NMR core provided metabolomic analyses of yeast extracts. R. Scott Williams: The NMR core provided structural analyses of proteins related to DNA damage and repair pathways. Samuel Wilson: The NMR core provided support analyzing the effects of nucleotide insertion using various substrates. Xiaoling Li: The NMR core analyzed various chemicals that were synthesized to ascertain the purity and authenticity. Traci Hall: RNA structures were determined, and the binding of proteins were localized to structural features on the RNA structure. Jason Watts: The NMR core examined nucleotide samples for evidence of G quadruplex formation.
