Abstract
Project Goals: ? Explore the feasibility of a system for providing MOUD distribution for categories of MOUDs (e.g., injectable, oral ingested at home, oral ingested under observation) via pharmacies; Identify the viability of this system for each category of MOUD. ? Identify system barriers and/or gaps for any MOUDs that pharmacies cannot deliver at this time, and the changes needed before pharmacies could deliver those MOUDs. ? Create a model system design for pharmacy distribution and continuity of care for those categories of MOUDs determined to be viable.
