Abstract

Projects needing support for high throughtput transcriptomics (HTT) analysis include, a 2D/3D HepaRG TempO-seq study including pathway and network analysis; support for Dose response analysis of the Diversity outbred TempO-seq dataset using the S1500+ platform that involves about 2400 samples.
