Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services State Public Health Laboratory Administrative Abstract for FOA PAR-20-105 Laboratory Flexible Funding Model Purpose: The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) State Public Health Laboratory (MSPHL) administrative section includes laboratory management, to provide oversight and leadership to the units and their managers for the overall grant. Each project has a unit and manager assigned to carry out the duties/functions of the grant proposal. The management listed in this section provides leadership not only to this grant, but the laboratory as a whole. Page 1 of 1
