Abstract
The USDA's National Food and Nutrient Analysis Program (NFNAP) was established to provide a validated nutrient databaase for use by governmental groups and by the scientific community for monitoring and evaluating the intakeof individual bioactive components arising from the use of traditionally consumed foods and dietary supplements.
