Abstract

The purpose of this Task Order is to characterize the plasma pharmacokinetics (PK) and bioavailability of small molecule candidate anticancer compounds in mice as outlined below and optionally, provide analytical support for the quantification of such anticancer agents in plasma and/or tumor samples to be provided by NCI. Rapid turn-around is required. There is a base period and options under this task order.
