Abstract

This project aims to develop new formulations of four existing drugs for the treatment of tuberculosis in two different thermally-stable child-appropriate formulations, including soft-chewable gummies (for children 2-5 years) and crushable/dispersible lozenges/troches (for children 0-2 years).
